Hello All,

My brain has the Monday feeling today.

I am stuck on this particular sum, If someone could break it down for me as I am not seeing how clearly obvious it is right now.

Information given;

Gross Margin $535,000

Gross margin 25%

Expenses $575,000

My working out goes as far as this!

Net sales $..... 100%
Cost of Goods $...... 75%
Gross Margin $535,000, 25%
Expenses $575,000

Basically I can do the rest of the sum, but can't finish the sum without the cost of goods, I am unsure how to get the $$$$ figure, from the information given.:confused:

Thanks!

Are you saying that you are needing to find the 75% figure, given that $535,000 is 25%? If so, have you taken pre-algebra at all (such as here), or do you need us to stick to simpler methods?

Thank you! ;)
