equation help: m= 2.79, c= 47.91, y= 173

Hello there, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I would get the results below.

m= 2.79
c= 47.91
y= 173


the answer = 44.80

Its something to do with line of best fit and this equation may have something to do with it also: y = mx+c and i thionk i might have to find out what x is?

Any help would be graet please?

You really need to try! That is even the rule of this forum.
You have 173=2.79x+47.91 So solve for x
