Problem help please: more than 18p is 4p what's the answer?

Er... sorry, but I don't understand one word of what you're asking. It seems like this problem statement was translated (poorly) from another language. Is there perhaps someone you know who speaks better English and can help you translate the question? Or, perhaps, you can post the original in your language and we can do the translating.

I agree that they're asking for the difference, but the syntax ... "like Yoda-speak it sounds"!
Us: 4 is 2 more than 2
Yoda: 2 more is 4 than 2
Us: 6x is 5x more than x
Yoda: 5x more is 6x than x
️ More is 18p than 4p
Us: 18p is ___ more than 4p
Yoda: ___ more is 18p than 4p :cool:

If the question is "18p is how much more than 4p?" then the answer is 18p- 4p= 14p.
