Electric Hoist Problem: An electric hoist is being used to

An electric hoist is being used to lift a beam. The diameter of the drum on the hoist is 10 inches, and the beam must be raised 2 feet. Find the number of degrees through which the drum must rotate.

I'm really not sure what to, but I drew out the picture: I drew a round electric hoist with 10 inch diameter and a beam that hangs from the hoist.

Please help me get started on this problem.
