finding the measure of vertical angles

i cant get this there like vertical angles and the problem is 3x+15 and the on right across says 4x and i cant find x can someone please help

Wow. I'm afraid you'll have to provide substantially better information than that.

I gather that you are given a pair of vertical angles ...
one of the pair has measure 3x+15, the other has measure 4x

since vertical angles are congruent ...

4x = 3x + 15

now, do the algebra and solve for x ... then substitute what you get for x back into either expression to find the measure of both angles.
 
That really hurts.
