1-i need 25,600 units
2-i generate 2 units every 23 seconds from 1 generator
3-i want to calculate the total time needed to get 25,600 units from 1 generator and from 15 generator
What is the equation to solve this?

Please read our posting guidelines which basically says that we do not solve problems for students and prefer that they solve their own problems with the assistance of helpers on this forum.

Here is a hint.
2 units take 23 seconds.
2*2 units = 4 units takes 2*23 seconds.
3*2 units = 6 units takes 3*23 seconds.

?*2 units = 24,600 units takes ?*23 seconds.

?*2 units = 24,600 units takes ?*23 seconds.
12,300*2 units = 24600 units takes 12,300*23 seconds = 282900 total seconds and to convert that to days
282900 divided by 60 = 4715 minutes
4715 divided by 60 = 78.5833333 hours
78 divided by 24 = 3.2 days
am i right if not tell me what im wrong with

You should not have rounded off until the end. Try [math]\dfrac{282900}{60*60*24} = \dfrac {943}{288}\approx 3.27431[/math]
Also 78/24 = 3.25. If you insist on rounding off to one decimal number you should say 3.6, not 3.5

Also 78.583333... rounds off to 79, not 78

Again, you should round off at the end, but you really need practice rounding off.

Am I the only one who gets tired of people asking "what's the equation to solve this?" As if mathematics was simply plugging numbers into given equations rather than thinking!

I call that the null approach, no energy invested. Instructors should consider asking in a parametric form, so students get a more abstract approach..
