Hello i was working on a triple integral problem and went all the way to the last integral and got \(\displaystyle \int {\cos ^2 \theta d\theta }\) how would you integrate that? thanks!!!

Try integrating the identity \(\displaystyle \L\\\frac{1}{2}(1+cos(2x))\)
