Your expression is:

\(\displaystyle \L\\\frac{\frac{y^{3}}{4x^{2}}}{\frac{4}{x^{4}y^{4}}}=\frac{y^{3}}{4x^{2}}\cdot\frac{x^{4}y^{4}}{4}\)

Simplify

ok here is what i have done....

4^-1 x^-2 y^3 / 2^2 (xy)^-4

y^3(xy)^4 / 4x^2 2^2

y^3(x^4y^4) / 4x^2 4
cross out 4 leaving 2 and the other 4 and cross out 2

y ^ 3 + 4 x^2 / 16

y^7 x^2 / 16

anwer equals Y^7X^2/16
