NEED HELP ASAP!!

here is the problem:

suppose the odometer is broken in the car. Estimate the distance driven over a 30 second interval if the spedometer readins are the following:

time/sec 0 5 10 15 20 25 30
velocity ft/sec 17 21 24 30 32 31 41

a. use lefts of the intervals

b. use right of the intervals

This would appear to be asking you to use right- and left-hand Riemann sums to estimate integrals (since "distance" is the integral of "velocity"). How far have you gotten in this process?
