ok, i'm sorry i will give full text

i dont know how to find a measure of a perpinciular bisector of a triangle, for example...The perpincidular bisectors of triangle RST meet at point D. Find DR. Uhh...its hard to explain plz help me!!! o yea, i dont get AP=2/3AD, BP=2/3BF, and CP=2/3CE. if P is the centroid. O, and how do u find a median of a triangle? thanks.
