So, i think u must divide with the highest degree : for example :

(m²+7)/(2m+3) = 1/2m -3 /4 there remains 7-(-3/4*3)=37/4

and then (1/2m-3/4)/(2m-3) = 1/4 and there remains -3/4-(1/4*(-3))=0...

So the final answer of the problem is 1/4 but i'm not totally sure.
