Please Help -Graph Line containing point and slope m

I really need to know how to work this problem. Ive done several examples and still can't figure this out.

Graph the line containing the point P and having slope m. p=(-3,2); m=-4
The graphing isn't my problem its just finding out the answer to the problem.

A line is determined by two points. Your are told that one point is (-3, 2). "Slope m" means that if x changes by "h" then y changes by "mh". If x increases by 1, from -3 to -2, then y changes by -4(1)= -4 so y changes from 2 to 2- 4= -2. Another point is (-2, -2).

Mark those two points and draw the line through them.
