Hi Lena. You didn't explain where you got stuck. The unit rate is the number of miles that Marie's car goes on 1 gallon of fuel. In terms of the graph, that's the amount by which y changes, when x increases by 1 -- in other words, they're asking for the slope of the line.

Have you learned how to calculate the slope of a line, using the coordinates of two known points on the line?

I notice that the graph goes right through the point (6, 120). That means that going 120 miles takes 6 gallons.
