If I have a deck of 10 cards. 3 are the same type we will call them x. The other 7 are all the same type we will call them y. My question is if I shuffled and drew 5 cards from the 10 card deck what are the statistics I'll draw 5y.
This question has to do with a game I play where we draw from the deck to make a hand. One of our friends always has the same starting hand even though the deck is shuffled. We were talking about the probability of this happening every time.

Hint: EVERY TIME? In a fair shuffle and deal? The probability is zero. Even that happening twice in a row is very small. You might want to read
