I don't know how to begin to solve.

please help!

Firstly, focus !

Secondly, factor everything and cancel common factors above and below (it's easier to do this before multiplying)

Thirdly, multiply what's left after the cancellations

I welcome any specific questions that you have

Thank you! I was just ready to call for an appointment to get a prescription for new glasses! I'm glad it isn't just me!

Let me see if I don't suck at basic algebra after so long:

14x[sup:eo0oui16]6[/sup:eo0oui16]/25y[sup:eo0oui16]3[/sup:eo0oui16] * 10y/21x[sup:eo0oui16]3[/sup:eo0oui16]

(14x[sup:eo0oui16]6[/sup:eo0oui16] * 10y) / (25y[sup:eo0oui16]3[/sup:eo0oui16] * 21x[sup:eo0oui16]3[/sup:eo0oui16])

(14x[sup:eo0oui16]3[/sup:eo0oui16] * 10) / (25y[sup:eo0oui16]2[/sup:eo0oui16] * 21)

So yeah, let's see how bad I did.

(13x[sup:2becxh4t]3[/sup:2becxh4t] * 10) / (25y[sup:2becxh4t]2[/sup:2becxh4t] * 21)
Should be:
(14x[sup:2becxh4t]3[/sup:2becxh4t] * 10) / (25y[sup:2becxh4t]2[/sup:2becxh4t] * 21)
Just a typo, right?
Can be further simplified to:
4x[sup:2becxh4t]3[/sup:2becxh4t] / (15y[sup:2becxh4t]2[/sup:2becxh4t])
