Taxis in Bangkok

I'm currently taking a year off as a study/sabbatical year in Bangkok, Thailand...completely irrelevant other than it has something to do with this question which has been haunting me a bit. Here goes, this girl told me / asked me while driving a taxi here what would be the odds of getting into the same taxi twice. Bangkok's population is 10 million and a bit questionable but for this question and according to her 1 million of them are taxi drivers..taxis. Sounds easy enough until I realized...well realized, maybe I forgot I suck at math. Thanks in advance guys..gal.
