Ok I use windows calculator and yes it stinks, but thats what I have.
how do i do figure anything out when a radical is involved.
example 2 radical 10 divided by 7

You should play with it a little bit and will be able to figure it out.....

2 * 10 [sqrt] / 7 = 0.90350790290525123771396958412363

In its infinite wisdom, Microsoft did not include the [sqrt] button in the scientific view (at least on the version of the calculator that I have), so if you are working with trig functions, need that value of [pi] to more digits than you are prepared to type, or need to find a cube root, be prepared to use the [x^y] key with y = 0.5 for a square root, etc... I'm hoping someone will come back and tell me I just have a blind spot somewhere, but the lack of the [sqrt] key on the scientific view of the windows calculator drives me nuts.
