I've tried about a million times to get this question but i just don't know how or what to do with it? It's a multiple choice question and it is:
Find the slope-intercept equation that models this situation.
I'd really appreciate if ya'll try and explain this problem to me!! Thank You.

The multiple choice answers are:
[A] y=0.5x+0.04 y=1.5+7.54 [C] y=1.5x+5.04 [D] y=0.5x+10
