Alluminium profile cutting optimisation

I have a real life challenge.

A 6000mm long square aluminium profile must be cut into multiple pieces, so that they later on can be assembled into a new profile 6096mm long which will be used 22 times. The limitations are the following:

max length of the cut piece - 3000mm

min length of the cut piece - 500mm

Every cut reduces the length of the rest of the profile by 5mm. As an example, by cutting 1000mm off, an additional 5mm is also cut due to the width of the saw, which leaves us not with 5000mm, but 4995mm

The task is to find the best way to cut the profile, so that there is a minimum amount of waste.

I've solved it using the following profiles:

1495mm
595mm
1016mm

they can be combined 1495*3+595+1016=6096mm

The efficiency is 80.8%, but still almost 15000mm of the raw profile goes to trash

Please help :3
