Cash Flow Imbalance: I'm trying to calculate this from an Excel file which uses formulas

Please assist. I am trying to calculate the Cash Flow Imbalance from an Excel file(https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ubo9TAz2zzCpKbfO5SFBMjFLgjFtUxhY/edit#gid=2078998761), which uses formulas to get to the Totals of calculations. Cash Flow imbalance is made up of =K15-K91+K89 and so on. I am getting a very high Cash Flow imbalance which should not be. I just want to make sure that i a adding and subtracting correctly, another eye on the sheet, please. The data in the sheet as it is can be considered dummy data for now. The formula patterns must be correct.
