I'm given the task to determine w in rectangular form in the formula
I have reduced and isolated so that:
8w+iw=-361+2i
, but I don't know to to further isolate w on the left hand side, because of iw. Can you help? Thanks.

w * (8 + i) = (-361 + 2i)

w = (-361 +2I ) / (8 + i) * (8 - i) / (8 - i)

the denominator will become only "real".

Simplify and continue.....
