how to convert 11.11 percent to fraction?

A percentage is just the value over 100. On that case, 11.11 divide by 100 is 0.1111 as decimal. However, I believe they are treating it as recurring decimal. Do you know how to write a recurring decimal as a fraction?

As raquelc stated, percent means to divide by 100. So 11.11% = 11.11/100 = 1111/10000. Now reduce that fraction if you can. BTW, if you did not realize I multiplied the numerator and denominator so that the numerator and denominator were not decimal numbers.

1/9 is NOT "11.11%". It is 11.111111....%- the "111"s just keep repeating. That should have been clearly stated.
