You have, I believe, failed to establish a threshold issue, namely that this site has “established” a “processor” or “controller” in the EU for a commercial purpose. Moreover, you have not even established that you are protected by the GDPR, which is designed to protect citizens of, and people located in, the EU. To satisfy the latter point, it may be sufficient to give us your full legal name and the address of your permanent residence.
