Why is my answer incorrect ? Isnt Domain and range the width and length of the vertical and horizontal points ?

It looks like your only error might be misunderstanding the interval notation.

A bracket, [ or ], means that that endpoint IS included, and corresponds to the solid dot; so at x=-2, you need a bracket.

A parenthesis, ( or ), means that that endpoint is NOT included, and corresponds to an open dot, so at x=3 and at y=-5 you need a parenthesis.
