How many possible drinks could I make with 10 sodas and 9 flavors? No mixing sodas/bases.

Sodas have flavor!
To make an orange soda you start with seltzer and add orange syrup.
To make a coke soda you start with seltzer and add coke syrup.
To make a chocolate soda you start with seltzer and add chocolate syrup.
To make a root beer soda you start with seltzer and add root beer syrup.
The problem as written makes no real life sense.
