I'm in excel trying to create a function to solve a game theory situation in a poker game.
First example: Only two players in the pot. For example the size of the pot is 20$, player A bets all in for 100$. With this bet he gets 43% folds but when he gets called he has 44% chance of winning the pot. The function shows that this bet of 100$ will make 8.03$ USD profit in the long run. So far no problem.
Second example: This is where i get lost. Now we are 3 players and all of use have different stack sizes. So after inserting pot size and how big the effective all in is versus player 1 and player 2, four different scenarious can happen.
1. Player 1 and Player 2 folds.
2. Player 1 calls Player 2 folds.
3. Player 1 calls Player 2calls.
4. Player 1 folds Player 2 calls.
All of the scenarios above have different chances of happening. For screnario 2-4 we also have different chances of winning the pot.
This should be possible to solve right?
