I'm sure there are many different approaches you can take, which is why we want to see how you've started or what you've learned.
The first one I think of starts with calling the vertical segment 1 (since no lengths are given), and using given information to find the lengths of the two horizontal segment. Then it would take a couple more steps to find x.
Please use the method of your choice, and show how far you can get.
