How do I find an integer value as the result of f(x) such that x and f(x) are integers and f(x) is an (complicated) exponential function. For example, if I plot the points 3,14 and 7,24 and assume that it is an exponential function then I get f(x)=(7*(4116^(1/4))/6)*((4116^(1/4)/7)^x. Of course, most integer inputs will result in an irrational output and vice versa. Any way to determine a set such that x and f(x) are both integers?
