I sketched the graph properly, and found the asymptote (y = -3), but I'm not sure exactly what to put for C(ii). I'm thinking it's y is an element of all real numbers, but I'm not fully sure. I know C(ii) is y is greater than the asymptote

I'm not sure why you are not sure.

You know, correctly, that the asymptote is y=-3.

You know, correctly, that the range of f is "y is greater than the asymptote".

Are all real numbers greater than -3??

Just write the answer that you already know as an inequality (or in interval notation, or whatever form is standard in your class.
