Take a sheet of paper (or cardboard). Poke a pencil (or a wire or a straw or something) through the sheet, making sure it's fairly perpendicular to the sheet. Draw a line on the sheet that crosses the pencil.
What can you say about the angle between the "lines"?
I'm not sure I understand. Any line in C could go through P, and make numerous different angles, so is it just that whichever two angles are now formed are complimentary?
