Greatest integer and fractional part function

Rather than subtract, try adding! After all, you want F + F1, not F - F1.

And think about the binomial expansions.

If this is not clear, try a simpler problem: Replace 20 with 4, and carry out the expansions completely, so you can see what is happening when you add.
