What's the difference between an Area Model, and a Two-Way Table? Is one just expressing percentage?

We need context. Are you talking about models of multiplication of fractions? I know what the area model would be, but not the two-way table. You'll have to show us what you are asking about, and that might answer your own question.

EDIT: I searched for the terms, and it looks like you might be talking about probability. The fact that you put this under algebra didn't help.
