I'm struggling with this question and still don't understand it (3 hours later...)
P = (x1,x2,x3,x4) such that x1+2x2+x3+x4 is less than or equal to 0
O = (x1,x2,x3,x4) such that x1*x2*x3*x4 is greater than or equal to 0
They're both subsets of R4
Which (if any) of them are subspaces, and why?
