Hello. What have you tried so far? Do you understand the meaning of the given symmetry? (The size, shape and area of PAFEQ are the same as PBCDQ's.)
They've reminded you of an area formula for triangles:
Area = 1/2 × base × height
They've given you the base expression. They've given you the height expression.
To begin, can you substitute the base and height expressions into the area formula and simplify?
