I would start (as, in fact, I have) by sketching a graph with these four points, and what the parabola will look like, approximately.

You will be able to see the axis of symmetry, from which you can write an equation with two unknown parameters. Then use two of the points to write two equations, which you can solve for the parameters.

Please show whatever work you can do, so we can help you with the next step.

These four points clearly lie on a parabola.
