I don't know If I am in the correct category. Please correct me If I am not.
Basically I am studying permutations, variations and combinations and for all three I have one formula for it without repetition and one with repetition. Is there a way to get formula with repetition from formula without repetition. Or any shortcut, I don't want to learn 6 formulae.

You, generally, don't have to learn or "cram" any formula - learn to derive it/those. Then you use it/those over and over and it/those will be "burnt" into your brain.

One of the exception of the above rule is - Pythagoras's theorem.

I think that your question is about occupancy problems.
That is, putting objects into cells, be in people into rooms to marbles into slots.
The trouble is that we have three to consider:
1) The objects are identical or distinct.
2) The cells are identical or distinct.
3) The cells are occupied or not.
Thus there are at least six formulae two for each case.
Thus to answer question: sorry but there is no shortcut.
