I have been working on quadratic eqations and I still have little to no Idea how to do them I know how to start them but then IDK how to finish it off

the problem is X^2+0.65=1.8x

I know that I must take the 1.8x and make it 0 .......x^2-1.8x+0.65=1.8x-1.8x that will leave x^2-1.8x+0.65= 0 then this is where I get lost I read online that you have to change the deciaml so I did and it looked like this 100x^2-180x+65=0 is there something I am doing wrong?

That's fine; divide by 5 to get: 20x^2 - 36x + 13 = 0
Now simply solve for x using the quadratic equation.
