Relations question?

Hi there guys! Before I start talking about my question I first have to address that I'm not sure if I made the thread in right place also sorry if I make an English mistake because I'm not native English neither I do any of math in English. Thank you in advance

So I got a question in relations and it goes as follows (I will post the picture ):

So I understand how to form p1 and the rest, but I'm not sure what (A,p1), (B,p2), (C, p3) mean in the table. Is it some kind of arranged couple or? I was trying to find it in the textbook but I didn't find it. Also if you could give me a source from where I could learn Relations the best I would appreciate it.
