Rows of switches are to be mounted in a control box. The 2 outside swtiches are to be mounted 18 3/4" on the center and the others switches are on 3 3/4" centers. How many switches can be mounted in each rows of switches in the box?

i agree, kinda hard to understand what you are saying. the english you used made it difficult for me to even begin trying to understand what the problem was.

Maybe you can just count. Call one end switch 0" and add 3.75" until you reach 18.75".

0", 3.75", 7.50", 11.25", etc.
