The 1st thing that I would do is divide both sides by 150, ie cross off the two 150's.

Then since everything is being multiplied or divided you can move 'the pieces' as you like from one side of the equal sign to the other side of the equal sign as long as you move something from the numerator to the denominator and something from the denominator to the numerator.

So you want to move the pieces (you may not have to move all of them) so that c is the only piece on one side and is in the numerator.

Here is an example. [MATH]\dfrac{rst}{uv}= \dfrac{lmo}{pq},\:then\:q=\dfrac{lmouv}{prst}[/MATH]
