Looks right to me, except that you have to write the pairs, as sometimes not every y goes with every x.

Did you rationalize the denominators, to see that [MATH]\sqrt{\frac{1}{2}} = \frac{1}{\sqrt{2}} = \frac{\sqrt{2}}{2}[/MATH]?
