The letter A

The Count from Sesame Street uses the A letter prolifically, "One, ah ah ah, two, ah ah ah, ..." ?‍♂️

Also...
a brace = 2 (I haven't heard this much, but it's used in Lord of the Rings when Sam says, "there's only one way to eat a brace of coneys")
half a dozen = 6
a baker’s dozen = 13

I think some cultures don't (or didn't) have many words for numbers. Therefore it's one, two, then many.

I say twenty-five, not twenty and five. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You say ban-ann-nah and I say ban-ahn-nah ;)
