Help please! with proof

I really struggle with proofs. :!: :?: please help! Prove that tangents to a circle at the endpoints of a diameter are parallel. State what is given, what is to be proved and plan for proof. Then write a two-column proof. Thanks in advance for the help

You should have some theorem or rule in your book relating tangents and diameters, which should give you some rough idea of how you're wanting to proceed.
