Your teacher explained how to do what by the above method? What statistical process are you working with?

Is the exercise "like" what you've listed, or exactly as you've listed? If exactly, what is the meaning of "some percent over some value"? Does this exercise mean "find the value that is nine percent greater than eighty-one", or something else?
