Since you are unable to make any start on any of these many exercises, you would appear to need much more help than we can here provide. :oops:

Please seriously consider hiring a qualified local tutor, and setting aside a few hours a week for concentrated re-teaching. By working face-to-face, your tutor will be able to "see" what your book covers, what your class has covered, what appears to be expected of you, and exactly which material you need to relearn. With diligent effort, you may be able to learn enough material to be able to complete the posted assignment in only a few weeks. :idea:

My best wishes to you in your studies! :D

Looks like you just want the answers to a test there, bud. I'll give you a hint on the first problem:

this formula gives you the length between two points (that have coordinates):

length = sqrt( (x2 - x)^2 + (y2 - y)^2)

(where x2 means the second point's x value
and y2 means the second point's x value)

You may recognize that formula as the pythagorean theorem.

As stapel says, you may want to show a bit more work, or for that matter, any work before you ask for help - it's hard for people to see what you're having trouble with otherwise!
