find values for distance 16t^2 for t = 15, 16, 17, 18

I'm looking for some information on how I can solve this problem.

The expressions 16t^2 gives the distance in feet that an object falls after t seconds. Complete table by evaluating 16t^2 for each gives value of t.

The given values are:
15
16
17
18

Example: if t=3, then 16t^2 = 16 * 3^2 = 16 * 9 = 144
