during a clothing sale, 1/4 of the store merchandise is reduced in price
find the probability that 3 of 5 randonmly selected shirts have reduced prices

Use bi-nomial distribution.

Please show us your work, indicating exactly where you are stuck - so that we know where to begin to help you.

This is not fuss - I said "please".
 
Do you know which formula to use? Here's a hint:
p = P(success) = 1/4
q = 1-p = 3/4
n = 5
x = 3
