How do you compare the variances?
Orange County Housing Commission decides to see if tha variance in people living in houses in Orange County was different than the variance for those living in houses in Blue County.
Orange County: 1,867,934 live in houses, standard deviation is 12,648
Blue County: 1,042,691 live in houses, standard deviation is 9,549
Alpha = 0.01
Determine if there is a difference in the variances.
Theres no N or N=1, but that would make dfN and dfD 0
Im soo lost
