Probability using binomial distribution

5. An automatic machine produces, on average, 10% of its components outside of the tolerance required. In a sample of 10 components from this machine, determine the probability of having three components outside of the tolerance required by assuming binomial distribution.

Can anyone please help me with this question not really sure how to tackle it.

What is your problem with this? Do you know the binomial formula. Please state it. Do you know the probability of success? The probability of failure? How many successes do you want to have? How many failures do you want to have. Until you can answer these questions you will not be able to do this problem.
Please respond back with your answers.
