i have this question and the variables are as follows:

5 Events happen every day (365 days per year). Within each event there is 7 possibilities. Creating a total range of 35 possibilities. Of the 35 possibilities there is an average of 10 positive outcomes each day. what is the probability of the 7 positive outcomes arising from 1 event.

This question has no answer with only the information given because we do not know the distribution of the 35 possibilities. There are single parameter discreet distributions where all you would need is the mean, i.e. the average, and other discrete distributions where you would need a second parameter which is not provided here.
